Greetings, and multitudinous felicitations!

Another grey day is hanging over central Illinois. That's ok. Later in the summer, I'll be starved for some grey days I'm sure.

I'm mad as a hatter. (I actually ought to be, I used to make mercury in my basement!) I'm going to be taking a fiddling class for 8 weeks starting June 7th. Now, that in and of itself isn't all that mad. But with gas prices the way they are, the fact that the class is in St. Louis and I'm nearly 3 hours away from St. Louis, makes it rather mad. I just have not been able to find anyone to teach me anywhere near where I live. This is at the Folk School of St. Louis and is specifically for fiddling, not violin. I'm really looking forward to it. Now if Myst can have me visit every week for 8 weeks without ending up wanting to kill me . . .

I need to write a story for Marigold's Challenge #29 . . . but I have absolutely NOTHING floating about in my head. I keep reading the list of goodies that we have to pick from for our elements and . . . nothing. I hope something pops up as I've not missed a Challenge yet.

Two more weeks and hubby and I are on our vacation :) We leave on the 29th.

Love ya all!

Sounds mad in a good way so that's OK. Besides, it's all about the music.
Good luck on the challenge story. I haven't got one yet but I keep meaning to. I'm just afraid that I will have the urge to put naked hobbits in it and that's not the point really, is it. LOL (Talk about mad!)

It's great to have a vacation to look forward to. That's part of the fun of going on vacation; looking forward to it!
